As at Mar 2023, the portfolio comprised 13 assets, and was valued at $200 million. We have locked in assets with future growth opportunities, comprising of $80m (approx.) within the embedded development seed portfolio and $250m (approx.) of additional pipeline assets being developed in conjunction with our partners Reds Group and Firefly Future.
